Weather Notice

We are not responsible for this product freezing or overheating after it leaves our facility. While all products are stored under Controlled Room Temperature (CRT) conditions prior to shipping, we cannot control environmental conditions during transit or after delivery.

If freezing temperatures are a concern, we recommend making arrangements to ensure your package is not left outdoors or in unheated areas where sub-freezing conditions may occur.

Likewise, during periods of excessive heat, please take precautions to avoid leaving packages in hot mailboxes, direct sunlight, vehicles, or any environment where temperatures may exceed safe storage limits. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures may affect product integrity.

While brief freezing is generally not expected to cause significant issues with this product due to its stable composition, extreme or prolonged exposure to heat may be  damaging and should be avoided.
