Return Policy – Lab Supplies

All sales of laboratory supplies are final. Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of lab-use materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any lab supply items once they have left our facility.

This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, sterility, and safety for all clients. Even unused or unopened items cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us  within 5 business days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy for all laboratory supplies.
